Origin and history.
Flower agate, also sold as sakura agate or cherry blossom agate, is a type of agate with opaque chalcedony inclusions resembling small flower formations. This kind from Madagascar was recently discovered in 2018. Flower agate is semi-transparent and has a pink, brown or gray color. It contains white specks, which are reminiscent of the seeds of a flower.
